Our facility is secured with a fenced enclosure and has key code entry only. It is well-lit to accommodate access 24 hours a day/seven days a week. The facility has security cameras to monitor all activity 24 hours a day. We have sizes ranging from 5×5 to 10X20 for all your storage needs big or small. Airport Mini-Storage offers the ease of month-month rental with no contracts or you can get a discounted long term rental. Long term rental discounts are 10% for any prepaid 6-month lease and 20% for any prepaid 12-month lease. We offer monthly specials as well to help our month-month rentals save money! We have professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff for on-site management. Our office is open Monday-Friday to assist with any storage questions or needs from our tenants. We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks/or Money orders for your convenience we have automatic billing or pay by phone options. Deposits, Refunds and Pro-rated Rent

Deposits, Refunds, and Pro-Rated Rent policies are stipulated in your Airport Mini-Storage Rental Agreement. In general:

A lease commences on the beginning lease date and terminates on the last day of the current month. The rent for this rental period is prorated. After the initial rental period, the lease will be automatically renewed for one (1) month rental periods.

No refunds are made following move-in.

If the monthly rent is not paid on or before the 10th day of each month that the lease is in effect, you will be considered to be in default.

The administration fee at the beginning of the new rental period for the storage unit includes the lock.

Late payment charges, lien charges, cut lock fees and other special fees are in accordance with your specific rental agreement.
